The invention provides a prefabricated steel structure building frame which comprises a plurality of steel structure units, and each steel structure unit is of a rectangular structure composed of four stand columns and four cross beams. Each stand column is formed by bending a steel plate, four steel structure units which are assembled and connected in the horizontal direction and are adjacent in pairs are included, a columnar space used for being filled with concrete is defined by the four stand columns in the middle, and a vertical opening is formed in the side wall of the columnar space defined by the stand columns. Connecting plates are fixedly arranged at the top end and the bottom end of the stand column, bolt holes are formed in the portions, extending out of the stand column, of the connecting plates, the bolt holes are at least located in the projection plane of the columnar space, and bolts used for connecting the bolt holes, located in the projection plane of the columnar space, of the connecting plates are lengthened bolts; four cross beams of the steel structure unit are provided with floor installation grooves facing inwards.
