The invention discloses an embedded cladding hoop-shaped steel-concrete composite beam which comprises an upper steel plate and a lower steel plate. The upper steel plate and the lower steel plate aresymmetrically arranged, arc-shaped convex surfaces are arranged on the opposite sides of the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate in the width direction of the upper steel plate and the lowersteel plate, and shear-resistant rib units are evenly welded between the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate in the length direction of the upper steel plate and the lower steel plate. Each shear-resistant rib unit comprises two shear-resistant rib single bodies which are symmetrically arranged, and each shear-resistant rib single body comprises a lower arc-shaped steel bar tightly attached to the lower arc surface in an obliquely straddling manner and an upper arc-shaped steel bar tightly attached to the upper arc surface in an obliquely straddling manner. Through the arrangement of cross-shaped steel bar frames, on one hand, each cross-shaped steel bar frame abuts against the corresponding upper arc-shaped steel bar, the corresponding lower arc-shaped steel bar and two arc-shapeddiagonal draw steel bars to prevent the upper arc-shaped steel bar, the lower arc-shaped steel bar and the two arc-shaped diagonal draw steel bars from deforming, and on the other hand, the cohesiveness of concrete is improved, so that the strength of a beam body is improved.
