The invention discloses a beam connecting joint of a U-shaped steel-concrete composite beam (hereinafter referred to as a U beam) and a construction method of the beam connecting joint. The beam is divided into two parts, the first part is a column short beam, and the second part is a middle beam. The lower side of the end of the on-column short beam protrudes, the protruding part forms a hidden bracket, the upper side of the middle beam protrudes and can be placed on the protruding hidden bracket of the on-column short beam, and therefore the installation speed is increased, and construction support is reduced. End plates are arranged at the ends of the on-column short beam and the middle beam, and the end plates are connected through bolts to guarantee transmission of loads on the beams. The U-shaped beam has the advantages that: 1) the U-shaped steel and the end steel plates are used as basic units to be spliced to form the U-shaped beam, the number of types of selected parts is small, and standardization and production industrialization of the parts are improved; 2) the beam-beam connecting point is not located on the edge of the column, so that the weak portion of the structure avoids the position with the maximum bending moment on the beam, the safety and integrity of the structure are effectively improved; 3) the protruding bracket facilitates beam installation and positioning, the surface of the spliced beam body is smooth, the attractiveness of a building is guaranteed, and the additional cost of building decoration is reduced.
本发明公开了一种U形钢‑混凝土组合梁(以下简称U梁)的梁连接节点及其施工方法。梁分为两部分,第一部分是柱上短梁,第二部分是中部梁。柱上短梁端部下侧凸出,凸出部分形成暗牛腿,中部梁上侧凸出,可以搁在柱上短梁凸出的暗牛腿上,从而加快安装的速度并减少施工支撑。柱上短梁和中部梁端部均有端板,端板之间通过螺栓连接保证梁上荷载的传递。本发明具有以下优点:1)由U形钢和端部钢板为基本单元拼接形成U梁,选用的部件种类少,提高了部件的标准化和生产工业化;2)梁‑梁连接点不在柱边缘,使得结构薄弱部位避开了梁上弯矩最大位置,有效提升了结构安全性和整体性;3)凸出的牛腿也方便梁安装定位,而且拼接形成的梁体表面平整,保证了建筑的美观,减少了建筑装饰装修额外费用。
