The invention discloses a three-dimensional adjustable system of a complex multi-curve modeling veneer. The three-dimensional adjustable system comprises a plurality of main keels, a plurality of auxiliary keels and a plurality of decorative veneers, wherein the plurality of main keels are arranged on an indoor roof or a wall body of a building in parallel; the plurality of auxiliary keels are vertically arranged on the main keels, and the main keels and the auxiliary keels are adjustably connected through keel connecting pieces; and the plurality of decorative veneers are arranged on the auxiliary keels, and the decorative veneers are adjustably connected with the auxiliary keels through upper hanging connecting pieces and/or lower hanging connecting pieces. According to the three-dimensional adjustable system of the complex multi-curve modeling veneer, fine adjustment of the decorative veneers in the X direction, the Y direction and the Z direction can be achieved, adjustment of thedecorative veneers is facilitated, and the installation precision of the decorative veneers can be improved.
