The structure comprises a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece and a veneer, wherein the first connecting piece is connected to a wall surface base layer, a first adjusting rod is arranged on the first connecting piece, the first adjusting rod is a hollow cylindrical rod, an internal thread is arranged in the first adjusting rod, a second adjusting rod is arranged on the second connecting piece, an external thread matching the internal thread is arranged on the second adjusting rod, inserting grooves areformed in the two opposite ends of the second connecting piece correspondingly, and the veneer is inserted into the inserting grooves. The invention further provides a mounting method of the assemblytype veneer adjustable mounting structure. The structure and the method can rapidly achieve adjustment between veneers, so that the construction efficiency is effectively improved, and the flatness of a veneer wall surface is improved.
