High-precision hollowing-free emery ground construction process
The invention discloses a high-precision hollowing-free emery ground construction process. The construction process is suitable for single-layer steel structure plant grounds or single-layer or multi-layer concrete structure plant grounds according to different plant ground structures; for the single-layer steel structure plant grounds, a more advanced laser leveling machine is introduced in the concrete leveling aspect; and for the single-layer or multi-layer concrete structure plant grounds, a tie bar design is added between a bonding layer and a structural plate to prevent hollowing of emery grounds. When emery mixtures are spread, emery spreading is performed by a laser swinger for dividing or a self-made roller, so that the emery mixtures can be uniformly distributed on the ground, and the problems of flatness, surface layer material uniformity, non-hollowing and the like in traditional emery grounds are solved.
本发明公开了高精度无空鼓金刚砂地面施工工艺,该施工工艺针对厂房地面结构的不同,适用于单层钢结构厂房地面或适用于单层或多层砼结构厂房地面;针对单层钢结构厂房地面,通过砼整平方面引入了更为先进的激光整平机;针对单层或多层砼结构厂房地面,在粘接层和结构板间增加了拉结筋设计,避免了金刚砂地面的空鼓。在撒铺金刚砂混合料时,采用激光扫平仪分格或自制滚筒进行金刚砂撒铺,可确保金刚砂混合料在地面上的分布均匀,解决了现有的金刚砂地面的平整度、面层材料均匀性、非空鼓等的问题。
