When the rubber plates and the buffering plates on the left and right sides are subject to an outside acting force, the buffering plate pushes limiting seats to move up and down in buffering grooves in the vertical direction through a buffering column, vibration reduction pieces and buffering seats; the limiting seats extrude buffer springs to stretch and contract, telescopic springs convert external acting force into elastic force, and therefore, the vibration reduction effect is achieved, and noise is reduced; as spray heads spraywater into the slag outlet, dust falling of garbage is achieved.
