The invention discloses an intelligent handheld stringing device. The intelligent handheld stringing device comprises a shell, the shell comprises a front shell body and a rear shell body, a C-shapedopen groove is formed in the upper end of the shell, a C-shaped rotating frame is installed at the position where the open groove is located between the front shell body and the rear shell body, the rotating frame is rotatably connected with the shell, a lug is integrally formed on the inner wall of the left end of the rotating frame, a rope binding hole is formed in the lug, a driving mechanism is installed in the shell, and a rotating handle is arranged at the lower end of the shell. A camera module is fixed to the front end face of the upper portion of the front shell body, a displayer module is fixed to the front end face of the lower portion of the front shell body, and the camera module is electrically connected with a controller through a connecting wire. According to the intelligent handheld stringing device, the end part of a rope can penetrate through a lifting ring fixed on a ceiling under the condition that a worker does not adopt a crawling ladder; and in addition, the worker can conveniently see the situation of the open groove clearly, that is, the worker can conveniently operate the intelligent handheld stringing device to enable the lifting ring to be inserted intothe open groove.
