The invention relates to a slurry spreading mechanism and a slurry spreading device. The slurry spreading mechanism comprises a rack, a hopper, a rotating roller, a motor and a chain transmission assembly, wherein the hopper is connected to the rack, and a slurry homogenizing chamber with an open lower end is arranged at the rear part of the hopper; the rotating roller is arranged in the slurry homogenizing chamber; the motor is mounted on the rack and located in front of the hopper; and the motor drives the rotating roller to rotate through the chain transmission assembly, so that slurry is uniformly distributed in the slurry homogenizing chamber. The rotating roller is arranged in the slurry homogenizing chamber, and the slurry can be uniformly distributed in the slurry homogenizing chamber through rotation of the rotating roller, so that the slurry can be uniformly spread to the ground, the slurry spreading uniformity can be improved, and the problem of hollowing of floor tiles dueto manual slurry spreading is solved. Besides, long-distance transmission can be realized by means of the chain transmission structure. Therefore, the motor is allowed to be placed in a place far awayfrom a slurry outlet of the slurry homogenizing chamber. The condition that the service life of the motor is affected by overflow and splashing of the slurry is avoided, and the motor is protected.
