The invention provides a slurry spreading mechanism and slurry spreading equipment. The slurry spreading mechanism comprises a slurry spreading hopper and a slurry spreading bin device, the slurry spreading hopper is provided with a distributing bin, a slurry homogenizing bin and a working bin which are communicated in sequence, a hole is formed in the top of the slurry spreading hopper to construct a feeding port of the distributing bin, a slurry distributing adjusting valve is arranged below the feeding port, and the lower end of the distributing bin is communicated with the upper end of the slurry homogenizing bin through a streaming part. The lower end of the homogenizing bin is communicated with the upper end of the working bin, and the lower end of the working bin is opened to form a slurry outlet of the working bin; the spreading bin device is arranged on a back plate of the slurry spreading hopper and comprises a storage bin and a slurry scraping component, the slurry scraping component is arranged at the lower end of the storage bin, and the side wall of the storage bin is communicated with the slurry homogenizing bin. The height of the slurry in the homogenizing bin is adjusted by arranging the storage bin, so that the slurry in the homogenizing bin is uniformly dispersed. When the slurry in the slurry homogenizing bin flows out of the slurry outlet of the working stock bin to a slurry paving surface, the slurry can be uniformly paved on the ground, the slurry paving uniformity is improved, and the problem of floor tile hollowing caused by manual slurry paving can be avoided.
