Method for installing three-way pipe truss
The invention discloses a method for installing a three-way pipe truss. The method comprises the following steps that two safety operation channels are prepared for later use according to the length of a main truss, and a plurality of safety operation channel units are prefabricated and assembled in a workshop; all the main truss sections, all the auxiliary truss sections and all the safe operation channel units are transported to a construction site, and splicing of all the main trusses is completed on the ground; a plurality of safety operation channel units are installed on upper chords oftwo to-be-installed main trusses correspondingly, and safety operation channels are formed; the two to-be-installed main trusses are hoisted, the installation of the two main trusses are completed, and then the auxiliary truss sections located between the two main trusses are installed; and the safe operation channel on the installed main truss far away from the to-be-installed main truss is disassembled, then the safe operation channel is installed on the to-be-installed main truss, and the installation of the three-way pipe truss is completed by circularly using the safe operation channel. The installing method is convenient to mount and dismount, damage to the pipe truss structure can be avoided, and the installing efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种三向管桁架的安装方法，根据主桁架长度在准备两条安全操作通道备用，在车间预制并拼装若干安全操作通道单元；将所有主桁架节段和次桁架节段以及所有安全操作通道单元运输至施工现场，在地面完成所有主桁架的拼装；在两待安装主桁架的上弦杆上分别安装若干安全操作通道单元并形成安全操作通道；吊装两待安装主桁架，完成两榀主桁架的安装，再对位于两榀主桁架之间的次桁架节段进行安装；拆卸离待安装主桁架较远的一榀已安装主桁架上的安全操作通道，然后将该安全操作通道安装在该待安装主桁架上，按此循环使用安全操作通道完成三向管桁架的安装。该安装方法不但安装、拆卸方便，而且能避免对管桁架结构造成损坏，安装效率高。
