Flexible waterproof coiled material modified vertical wire rock wool board and manufacturing process thereof
The invention provides a flexible waterproof coiled material modified vertical wire rock wool board which comprises a heat preservation layer, bonding layers, a reinforcing layer and a waterproof coiled material layer; the reinforcing layer is bonded to one side of the heat preservation layer through the bonding layer, and the waterproof coiled material layer is bonded to the other side of the heat preservation layer through the bonding layer. The heat preservation layer is a vertical wire rock wool board, the bonding layers are high-temperature-resistant epoxy resin glue, the reinforcing layer is a reinforcing net formed by compounding glass fiber gridding cloth and polyester fibers, and the waterproof coiled material layer is a flexible waterproof coiled material formed by coating waterproof adhesive cement on a glass fiber felt base in a compounding mode. The waterproof adhesive cement is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-55 parts of petroleum asphalt, 15-30 parts of natural asphalt, 5-10 parts of SBS, 0.2-1 part of an anti-aging agent CPPD, 1-5 parts of an organic silicon emulsion, 20-25 parts of wollastonite powder and 1-5 parts of zinc oxide. Thetensile strength of the rock wool board is improved through the reinforcing layer; the flexible waterproof coiled material layer is bonded to one side of the rock wool board, so the defects that the rock wool board is prone to shrinkage cracking and high in water absorption rate are overcome, and the application range of the rock wool board is enlarged.
