The invention discloses a process for manufacturing a roof waterproof coiled material. The process comprises the following steps of batching, kneading, prilling, extruding and shaping, cooling, laminating and sizing. According to the process for manufacturing the roof waterproof coiled material, a special machining process is adopted, and after crucial steps such as kneading, prilling and extruding and shaping are conducted, a base material is subjected to laminating treatment, so that the coiled material is better in abrasion resistance and heat resistance, and the service life is prolonged; in addition, nanometer materials and a special modifying agent are added in raw materials of the coiled material, so that the brittleness of the coiled material is reduced, and the strength of the coiled material is improved; meanwhile, the coiled material has the function of eliminating the pollution of chemical and biological agents, and the environment is protected.
