Lining brick for one-pot molten iron tank and preparation process thereof
The invention discloses a lining brick for a one-pot molten iron tank and a preparation process thereof. The lining brick comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 40%-60% of bauxite, 10%-18% of fused alumina, 9%-19% of silicon carbide, 8%-14% of graphite and 5-10% of a micro-expanding agent, an antioxidant and a binding agent. The preparation process comprises the following steps: (1) proportioning; (2) mixing and grinding, namely adding the raw materials into a mixing and grinding machine according to a certain sequence, and fully mixing to form pug; (3) ageing, namely uniformly distributing a composite binding agent in the pug, and improving the uniformity and formability of the pug; (4) a mechanical pressing forming procedure: pressing the pug into a brick shape byusing a brick press; and (5) a low-temperature heat treatment procedure: baking the lining brick at a low temperature. The prepared lining brick is widely applied to a one-pot molten iron tank, the service life is prolonged, the production process is simplified, the production cost is reduced, and the environmental pollution is reduced.
本发明公开一种用于“一罐制”铁水罐的衬砖及其制备工艺,所述衬砖的原料及其对应的重量百分比为:铝矾土40%‑60%,电熔刚玉10%‑18%,碳化硅9%‑19%,石墨8%‑14%,微膨胀剂、抗氧化剂及结合剂5‑10%;所述制备工艺包括如下步骤:①配料工序;②混碾工序:将原料按照一定的顺序加入混碾机中,使其充分融合形成泥料;③睏料工序:使泥料中的复合结合剂分布均匀,提高泥料的均匀性和成型性;④机压成型工序:用压砖机将泥料压制成砖型:⑤低温热处理工序:对所述衬砖进行低温烘烤。制备出的衬砖广泛应用于“一罐制”铁水罐,延长使用寿命,简化生产工序,同时降低生产成本,减少环境污染。
