Hot-metal bottle lining brick and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a hot-metal bottle lining brick which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 45-55 parts of high bauxite, 10-14 parts of sintered tabular corundum, 7-14 parts of silicon carbide, 8-15 parts of andalusite, 5-10 parts of zirconite, 3-8 parts of calcined alumina micro powder, 6-8 parts of graphite, 2-4 parts of aluminum powder, 0.5-1 part of carbon black, 0.3-0.8 part of boron glass powder and 2-5 parts of phenolic resin. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) weighing the raw materials; (2) mixing zirconite, calcined alumina micro powder, graphite, aluminum powder, carbon black and boron glass powder to obtain premixed powder for later use; (3) firstly mixing high bauxite, sintered tabular corundum, andalusite and phenolic resin, and then adding silicon carbide and premixed powder for mixing; and (4) ageing the materials, performing compression molding, performing drying treatment, and performing sorting. According to the invention, the toughness of the matrix is improved, so that the thermal shock stability of the hot-metal ladle lining brick is improved, and the damage condition caused by stripping of the lining brick is relieved.
