The invention discloses a prefabricated assembly type track system which comprises: a plurality of pipe pieces connected in sequence, wherein a closed ring is formed by the pipe pieces; and a plurality of prefabricated track plates connected in sequence, wherein the prefabricated rail plates are annularly arranged along the inner side of the closed ring, and self-compacting concrete layers are arranged between the pipe pieces and the prefabricated track plates. The system can prevent on-site casting construction of a base and has the advantages of being small in construction workload, good inoperation environment, high in laying and assembling precision, high in construction progress and the like.
