Bridge anti-overturning device adapting to multidirectional displacement and construction method thereof
A bridge anti-overturning device adapting to multidirectional displacement comprises an upper anchor box and a lower anchor block, and is characterized in that the lower anchor block is anchored to the side face of a pier through embedded steel bars, the upper anchor box and a steel box girder are welded together, and a high-strength bolt rod is connected between the upper anchor box and the loweranchor block; the upper end and the lower end of the high-strength bolt rod penetrate into the reserved mounting holes of the upper anchor box and the lower anchor block respectively, and the spherical backing rings are mounted at the upper end and the lower end of the high-strength bolt hole respectively and screwed and fixed through the ball nuts so as to meet the requirement for multidirectional displacement. The device has the obvious technical characteristics that firstly, an upper structure and a lower structure are reliably connected through the device, so that the anti-overturning safety of the bridge can be remarkably improved; secondly, the device can adapt to longitudinal and transverse displacement of the bridge and can adapt to a small amount of vertical displacement; thirdly, the anchor box is arranged at the bottom of the beam, so that various conditions such as insufficient beam side clearance and no alignment between a beam web and a pier can be adapted; and fourthly,the device is flexible to install, and the ball nut can adapt to errors in a certain length direction.
