The invention discloses a solid waste cementing material, all-solid-waste concrete and a preparation method thereof. The solid waste cementing material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of converter steel slag micro-powder, 10-20 parts of aluminum ash, 1-10 parts of red mud, 20-40 parts of carbide slag micro-powder, 1-10 parts of refining slag micro-powder, 5-20parts of a surfactant, 1-10 parts of diatomite, 20-30 parts of fly ash and 1-5 parts of ardealite. The gelling property and the structural stability of the solid waste cementing material are improvedby adjusting the raw material composition of the solid waste cementing material and combining a surfactant. The compressive strength of the all-solid-waste concrete prepared from the solid waste cementing material is 80-90 MPa.
本发明公开了一种固废胶凝材料、全固废混凝土及其制备方法。本发明的固废胶凝材料包括以下重量份的原料:转炉钢渣微粉50‑70份、铝灰10‑20份、赤泥1‑10份、电石渣微粉20‑40份、精炼渣微粉1‑10份、表面活性剂5‑20份、硅藻土1‑10份、粉煤灰20‑30份、磷石膏1‑5份。本发明通过调整固废胶凝材料的原料组成并结合表面活性剂,从而提高了固废胶凝材料的胶凝性以及结构稳定性。利用本发明的固废胶凝材料制成的全固废混凝土抗压强度为80‑90MPa。
