Concrete temperature control method
The invention provides a concrete temperature control method. The method comprises the following steps of: a manufacturing step: mixing and stirring raw materials according to a preset proportion to prepare concrete; a transportation step: conveying the concrete to the position of a foundation to be poured at the preset temperature, and cooling the concrete in the conveying process; a pouring step: pouring the concrete into the foundation to be poured, and adopting a post-cast strip method during pouring; and a curing step: cooling the poured concrete. According to the concrete temperature control method of the invention, the raw materials of the concrete are scientifically and reasonably proportioned, the post-cast strip method is adopted for pouring to improve the strength of the concrete, ensure the reliability and safety of the poured concrete and prevent the concrete from generating temperature cracks; and the concrete is cooled in the transportation process and the pouring process to avoid temperature difference inside and outside the concrete; and therefore, the concrete is prevented from cracking, the quality of the concrete is effectively ensured, and the durability, integrity and safety of the foundation to be poured are improved.
本发明提供了一种混凝土温度控制方法,该方法包括如下步骤:制作步骤,将原材料按照预设比例进行混合搅拌以制成混凝土;运输步骤,在预设温度下将混凝土输送至待浇筑基础处,并在输送过程中对混凝土冷却;浇筑步骤,向待浇筑基础内浇筑混凝土,浇筑时采用后浇带法浇筑;养护步骤,对浇筑后的混凝土进行冷却降温。本发明中,对混凝土的原材料进行科学合理配比,并采用后浇带法浇筑以提高混凝土的强度,确保浇筑后的混凝土的可靠性和安全性,防止混凝土产生温度裂缝,并在运输过程中和浇筑过程中,对混凝土冷却降温,避免混凝土内外产生温度差,进而避免混凝土产生裂缝,有效地确保了混凝土的质量,提高了待浇筑基础的耐久性、整体性和安全性。
