The invention discloses a slag-free ladle castable and a preparation method thereof. The slag-free ladle castable is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 36-42 parts of fusedwhite corundum, 38-82 parts of sintered tabular corundum, 3-12 parts of aluminum-magnesium spinel, 2-7 parts of pure calcium aluminate cement, 1-8 parts of high-purity magnesia, 2-5 parts of aluminumoxide ultra-fine powder, 2-10 parts of boron nitride, and 0.08-0.14 part of an FS10 high-efficiency water reducing agent. By optimizing the ratio of fused white corundum to sintered tabular corundum,aluminum-magnesium spinel, pure calcium aluminate cement, high-purity magnesia, aluminum oxide ultra-fine powder, boron nitride and the FS water reducing agent, the steel ladle castable which not onlyhas corrosion resistance and wettability, but also has non-slag-sticking performance is prepared; therefore, the problem that the large steel ladle lining body falls off is solved, and the service life is prolonged by more than two times compared with that of the traditional steel ladle castable.
本发明公布了一种不沾渣钢包浇注料及其制备方法,包括如下原料:电熔白刚玉36‑42的重量份,烧结板状刚玉38‑82重量份,铝镁尖晶石3‑12重量份,纯铝酸钙水泥2‑7重量份,高纯镁砂1‑8重量份,氧化铝超细粉2‑5重量份,氮化硼2‑10重量份,FS10高效减水剂0.08‑0.14重量份。本发明通过将电熔白刚玉和烧结板状刚玉、铝镁尖晶石、纯铝酸钙水泥、高纯镁砂、氧化铝超细粉、氮化硼、FS高效减水剂的配比进行优化,制得不但具有耐蚀性和耐浸润性同时还具备不沾渣性能的钢包浇注料,从而解决了钢包衬体大块脱落的问题,使用寿命比传统的钢包浇注料提高了2倍以上。
