Slag-corrosion-resistant steel ladle castable and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of steel ladle castable, and particularly discloses slag-corrosion-resistant steel ladle castable which comprises a green body and a protective layer wrapping the surface of the green body. The green body is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 40 to 70 parts of corundum aggregate, 10 to 20 parts of corundum fine powder, 5 to 15 parts of alumina-magnesia spinel, 5 to 15 parts of activated alumina micro powder, 1 to 5 parts of polystyrene microspheres, 1 to 3 parts of aluminate cement and 1 to 2 parts of polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent; the protective layer is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by mass: 5 to 15 parts of activated aluminum oxide micro powder, 1 to 3 parts of chromic oxide, 1 to 2 parts of titanium dioxide, 1 to 2 parts of bismuth germanate powder, 1 to 2 parts of pretreated nickel ferrite micro powder and 1 to 3 parts of polyvinyl alcohol; the pretreated nickel ferrite micro powder is formed by coating the outer side of nickel ferrite micro powder with rare earth zirconate. The obtained steel ladle castable has the advantages of high strength, excellent slag corrosion resistance and excellent structural stability, and can meet the requirement of long-time use of a steel ladle lining structure in a high-temperature molten steel corrosion environment.
