Precast slab ballast bed construction method
The invention relates to a precast slab ballast bed construction method which comprises the following steps: preparation before use: firstly, processing a ballast bed slab and conveying the processedballast bed slab to a track laying base, installing a power supply cable in a tunnel, installing a transition tool in advance at a wellhead of the tunnel or pouring a section of base into the tunnel,and installing a concrete blanking pipeline at the wellhead; and blanking, transporting materials, transporting plates, grabbing plates, finely adjusting the plates, fixing the ballast bed slab, pouring concrete, and after construction is finished, removing the fixing tool and finely adjusting and installing the track. The method has the advantages that the precast slabs are transported to a construction working face to be rapidly installed and laid, and the method is a prefabricated track laying method for urban rail transit engineering, the laying method is simple, and the construction speedis high. The assembly type prefabricated slab has the advantages of relatively simple structure, neat and attractive appearance, simplicity in construction, high efficiency and reliable quality; theconstruction workload in the tunnel is reduced, and the construction progress is fast; and utilization of track construction human resources in the tunnel is greatly reduced, and the mechanical utilization rate is fully improved.
本发明涉及一种预制板道床施工方法,其包括以下步骤:使用前准备,先加工好道床板并输至轨道铺设基地,在隧道内安装供电电缆,在隧道井口预先安装好过渡工装或浇筑一段基底至隧道内,在井口安装混凝土下料管道;下料、运输物料、运板、抓板、精调板、固定道床板、混凝土浇筑、施工结束后,拆除固定工装及轨道精调安装施工。本发明的优点:预制板运输至施工作业面进行快速安装和铺设,其铺设方法简单、施工速度快的城市轨道交通工程装配式轨道铺设方法。装配式预制板具有结构相对简单、外观整洁、美观,施工简单、效率高,质量可靠;隧道内施工作业量减少,施工进度较快;隧道内轨道施工人力资源的利用大大减少,机械利用率充分提高。
