According to the open type roadbed slab, the roadbed and the construction method of the open type roadbed slab, due to the fact that the open type roadbed slab is provided with the multiple open type vibration isolators, and the track slab is arranged on the base through the rubber springs of the multiple open type vibration isolators, in other words, rigid connection between a track structure and a base structure is cut off in a point supporting mode; impact energy generated when a train runs is absorbed through the multiple rubber springs, and therefore the effect of reducing vibration and noise of the rail is achieved. Furthermore, the open type vibration isolator is provided with an outer sleeve, a rubber spring, a spring supporting plate, a height adjusting gasket and a locking gasket, during construction, the outer sleeve is embedded and fixed in the track plate, and the rubber spring, the spring supporting plate, the height adjusting gasket and the locking gasket only need to be placed in from an opening in the upper end of the outer sleeve in sequence; when the vibration isolator is placed in, the spring supporting plate and the height adjusting gasket are rotated to form a supporting structure, then the vibration isolator is fixed through the connecting piece, and therefore the vibration isolator is convenient to construct, short in construction time and easy to maintain in the later period.
本发明提供一种开放式道床板、道床及其施工方法,由于该开放式道床板具有多个开放型隔振器,轨道板通过多个开放型隔振器的橡胶弹簧设置在基底上,即采用点支撑的方式,隔断轨道结构与基底结构之间的刚性联结,通过多个橡胶弹簧吸收列车运行时的冲击能量,从而实现轨道减振降噪的效果。进一步,该开放型隔振器具有外套筒、橡胶弹簧、弹簧支撑板、调高垫片以及锁紧垫片,在施工时,外套筒嵌设固定在轨道板中,只需依次将橡胶弹簧、弹簧支撑板、调高垫片以及锁紧垫片从外套筒的上端开口放入,放入时转动弹簧支撑板和调高垫片形成支撑结构,再通过连接件固定即可完成隔振器的安装,因此,施工方便,施工时间更短,易于后期维护。
