The invention discloses a cement stabilized aggregate base layer construction method based on a cement stabilized aggregate paver. The method comprises the following steps: S1, initially pressing a roadbed by adopting a vibratory roller to complete the repair of the roadbed, and removing all crushed, raised and hollowing parts; S2, paving self-made lime soil on the roadbed after the roadbed is accepted to be qualified to form a pavement cushion layer; S3, spreading granules on the cushion layer in a layered manner according to a preset width and a preset thickness by adopting a gravel spreader, rolling the laid gravel layer by adopting rolling equipment, and uniformly spreading steel fiber self-compacting cement on the gravel layer according to a preset dosage by adopting a powder spreading vehicle; S4, mixing the spread steel fiber self-compacting cement by adopting a cold regenerator according to preset water flow and advancing speed to form a pavement base layer; and S5, constructing a sealing layer on the pavement base layer, and then putting the cement stable granules into a paver for paving to finally form the pavement surface layer.
本发明公开了基于水泥稳定粒料摊铺机的水泥稳定粒料基层施工方法,包括如下步骤:S1、采用振动压路机对路基进行初压,完成路基的修补,清除所有的挤碎、隆起、空鼓;S2、在路基验收合格后将自制的石灰土铺设在路基上,形成路面垫层;S3、在所述垫层的上方,先采用碎石撒布机按照预定宽度、厚度分层撒布粒料,并采用碾压设备对铺设的碎石层进行碾压,采用粉料撒布车将钢纤维自密实水泥按预定剂量均匀撒布于碎石层上;S4、采用冷再生机按照预定的水流量和行进速度对撒布的钢纤维自密实水泥进行拌合,形成路面基层;S5、在路面基层上施工一层封层,然后将水泥稳定粒料放入摊铺机进行摊铺最终形成路面面层。
