The invention discloses an anti-segregation paver based on a cement stabilized aggregate base layer in the technical field of pavers. The anti-segregation paver comprises a paver main body and a carriage mounted on the paver main body, the carriage is composed of a loading box, an inclined plate, a transition box, a discharging nozzle and an electromagnetic valve, the transition box is connected to the end, away from the machine body, of the loading box, the inclined plate is arranged in the loading box, and the downward inclined end is connected with the transition box; the discharging nozzle is installed on the lower side of the transition box and extends to the position below the sweeping board. A box top is arranged on the upper side of the loading box, a stirring mechanism is arranged below the box top, a material box is arranged on the upper side, and a spiral conveying mechanism is arranged between the transition box and the material box; a conversion mechanism is arranged in the material box, and a stirring mechanism is arranged on the upper side of the material box; during use, no matter whether the cement is in a paving operation period or not, the turning and stirring mechanism, the stirring mechanism and the switching mechanism act circularly, and triple interference enables the cement to keep an efficient circulating motion state all the time, so that the anti-segregation effect of the cement can be further improved.
