Semi-flexible pavement material based on thermal regeneration asphalt mixture and construction method of pavement material
The present invention provides a semi-flexible pavement material based on a thermal regeneration asphalt mixture and a construction method of the pavement material. The material comprises an asphalt mixture base material and agrouting material; theasphalt mixture base material comprises a thermal regeneration asphalt mixture and a new asphalt mixture, and the thermal regeneration asphalt mixture comprises a recovered asphalt mixture, a regenerant, an active agent and a fusion agent, wherein the active agent is composed of two or more of polyethylene wax, modified isomeric fatty group terminated polyether, oxidized polyethylene wax, a modified branched chain alcohol ether ethoxy compound and castor oil polyethylene glycol ether; and the grouting material comprises cement, silica fume, fineaggregate, a performance enhancer, dispersible styrene-butadiene latex powder and water, and the performance enhancer comprises a water reducing agent, an air entraining agent, a defoaming agent and awater retaining agent. The invention solves the problems that the strength, stability, porosity and other related material properties of the thermal regeneration asphalt mixture are reduced to a certain extent, and the thermal regeneration asphalt mixture is generally used for the lower surface layer or base layer of a road.
