The invention belongs to the technical field of pavement engineering materials, and particularly discloses a semi-flexible asphalt pavement material filled with fly ash-based geopolymer, which is composed of the following components in percentage by volume: 70-80% of macroporous asphalt mixture and 20-30% of fly ash-based geopolymer grouting material, wherein the macropore asphalt mixture is prepared by taking mineral aggregate, filler and matrix asphalt as main raw materials; and the grouting material is prepared from fly ash, water glass, water, sodium hydroxide and anti-settling aluminate ASA as main raw materials. According to the invention, the coal ash-based geopolymer grouting material is used for replacing the traditional cement-based grouting material for the first time. The obtained semi-flexible asphalt pavement material has the advantages of high-temperature rut resistance, high water stability, durability, long fatigue life and the like, and the macroporous asphalt mixture and the grouting material are good in binding property, energy-saving and environment-friendly. Therefore, solid waste can be recycled, and the method has important economic and environmental benefits.
本发明属于路面工程材料技术领域,具体公开了一种填充粉煤灰基地聚合物的半柔性沥青路面材料,它由大孔隙沥青混合料和粉煤灰基地聚合物灌浆料组成,二者所占体积百分比为:大孔隙沥青混合料70‑80%,灌浆料20‑30%;所述大孔隙沥青混合料以矿料、填料和基质沥青为主要原料制备而成;灌浆料以粉煤灰、水玻璃、水、氢氧化钠、防沉降性铝酸酯ASA为主要原料制备而成。本发明首次提出采用粉煤灰基地聚物灌浆材料替换传统的水泥基灌浆材料,所得半柔性沥青路面材料具有高温抗车辙能力、水稳定性强、耐久性和疲劳寿命长等优点,且大孔隙沥青混合料与灌浆料结合性好、节能环保,可实现固体废弃物循环利用,具有重要的经济和环境效益。
