Open-web box-shaped-rock anchor combined light ground anchor abutment and construction process thereof
The invention relates to the field of bridge structures, in particular to an open-web box-shaped rock anchor combined light ground anchor abutment and a construction process thereof. The open-web box-shaped rock anchor combined light ground anchor abutment comprise an open-web box-shaped ground anchor, a rock anchor and a connecting mode between the open-web box-shaped ground anchor and the rock anchor; a plurality of vertical prestressed holes and a plurality of anchor holes are preset in the open-web box-shaped ground anchor; the anchor holes are deeply embedded in a rock stratum under the box-shaped bridge abutment; and fber reinforced composite anchor rods are arranged in the anchor holes, and fiber reinforced composite ribs are arranged in the vertical prestress holes and the transverse prestress holes. According to the combined type ground anchor abutment system, the open-web box-shaped ground anchors and the rock anchors are organically combined, and the rock anchors capable ofbeing deeply embedded into rock strata are used for effectively improving the anti-pulling, anti-sliding and anti-overturning capacity of the shallow-buried open-web box-shaped ground anchors; and thedefects that a traditional gravity type abutment is large in anchor body size and mountain excavation volume, difficult in cracking control, poor in durability, high in manufacturing cost and the like are also overcome.
本发明涉及桥梁结构领域,具体是一种空腹式箱形‑岩锚组合式轻型地锚桥台及其施工工艺,其包括空腹式箱形地锚、岩锚及其两者之间的连接方式,空腹式箱形地锚中预设数个竖向预应力孔和数个锚孔,其中锚孔深嵌箱形桥台下方的岩层。锚孔内设置纤维增强复合材料锚杆,竖向预应力孔与横向预应力孔中均设置纤维增强复合材料筋。本发明组合式地锚桥台体系将空腹式箱形地锚与岩锚有机结合,利用可深嵌岩层的岩锚有效提高浅埋空腹式箱形地锚的抗拔、抗滑以及抗倾覆能力,亦克服了传统重力式桥台存在锚体体积和山体开挖方量过大、开裂控制困难、耐久性差、造价较高等缺点。
