An embodiment of the present invention is to provide the ground anchor configured to improve frictional force with the ground and the construction method thereof. The ground anchor according to the embodiment of the present invention comprises: a strand; and a plurality of tight fitting units provided so as to be spaced apart from each other in the longitudinal direction of the strand, and extended so as to be closely attached to the inner surface of an excavating hole.
