The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge shock absorption, and discloses a bridge damping structure which comprises an upper supporting plate and a lower supporting seat, and a longitudinal shock absorption assembly and a transverse shock absorption assembly are arranged between the upper supporting plate and the lower supporting seat. The longitudinal damping assembly comprises an upper pressing block and a lower supporting spring, the upper pressing block is fixed to the bottom of the upper supporting plate, the lower supporting spring is fixed into the lower supporting seat, and the upper pressing block stretches into the lower supporting seat and is pressed on the top of the lower supporting spring. The transverse damping assembly comprises a mounting frame slidably arranged in the lower supporting seat and a supporting sleeve welded to the outer portion of the mounting frame in a sleeving mode, an arc-shaped groove is formed in the top of the supporting sleeve, and an arc-shaped plate is supported at the top of the supporting sleeve in a matched mode through the arc-shaped groove. By means of the damping structure, on one hand, a bridge is supported, and on the other hand, multi-directional shock absorption of the bridge in the using and earthquake process is achieved based on the longitudinal damping assembly and the transverse damping assembly which are matched with each other.
