When main longitudinal stress components of the bridge need to be damped, damping supporting is conducted through the transverse stretching device and the damping device between the bridge floor and the bottom supporting plate, the influence of external vibration on the outer side structure of the bridge can be relieved, and the overall anti-seismic performance of the bridge is improved.
