Dismantling method of prestressed concrete variable cross-section continuous beam bridge
The invention provides a dismantling method of a prestressed concrete variable cross-section continuous beam bridge. The dismantling method comprises the following steps of erecting a dismantling support at the side span position of a continuous beam bridge, and erecting a movable bailey truss hanging basket at the midspan closing position of the continuous beam bridge; transversely cutting a bridge block section positioned at the midspan closing position of the continuous beam bridge, hoisting and lowering the cut midspan bridge block section to a specified position by utilizing the movable bailey truss hanging basket, and then cutting the midspan bridge block section of the continuous beam bridge section by section from the middle to the two ends; driving the movable bailey truss hangingbasket to move along with the change of the cutting position until all mid-span bridge block sections are dismantled; cutting the bridge block sections located at the side span closing position of the continuous beam bridge, hoisting the cut side span bridge block sections to the designated position through a crawler crane, and then dismantling other bridge block sections of the side span; and hoisting the cut and dismantled 0 # block section by using a floating crane. The method is high in construction safety, convenient to construct and operate, short in construction time and small in influence on navigation of a navigation channel.
本申请提供一种预应力混凝土变截面连续梁桥的拆除方法,包括以下步骤:在连续梁桥的边跨处搭设拆除支架,在连续梁桥的中跨合拢处搭设移动式贝雷架挂篮;横向切割位于连续梁桥中跨合拢处的桥梁块段,并利用移动式贝雷架挂篮将切割完成的中跨桥梁块段吊装下放至指定位置,后按照从中间往两端的顺序逐段切割连续梁桥的中跨桥梁块段,并驱动移动式贝雷架挂篮随切割位置的改变进行移动,直至将全部中跨桥梁块段拆除完毕;切割位于连续梁桥边跨合拢处的桥梁块段,并利用履带吊拎吊切割完成的边跨桥梁块段至指定位置,后将边跨的其他桥梁块段拆除完毕;利用浮吊吊装切割拆除的0#块段。该方法施工安全性高,施工操作方便,施工时间短,对航道的通航影响小。
