The invention discloses a side assembling type railway flatcar loading and unloading emergency platform which comprises a horizontal platform, an oblique platform, a gangplank and base plate modules.The upper surface of the horizontal platform is an isosceles triangle, one side of the waist part is attached to an external flatcar, the upper surface is lower than the upper surface of the externalflatcar, one side of the bottom edge of the horizontal platform is hinged to one end of the oblique platform, and the other end of the oblique platform is hinged to a springboard to form a grounding slope. The base plate modules are arranged at the bottom of the horizontal platform and the bottom of the oblique platform respectively to adjust the vertical height.
