A watering control device of a watering cart comprises a magnet, a proximity switch, a pressure switch, a power supply, an electromagnetic water valve and a support. A water inlet P of the electromagnetic water valve is communicated with a water tank, a first water outlet A of the electromagnetic water valve is communicated with a water inlet of a manual ball valve, and a second water outlet B ofthe electromagnetic water valve and a water outlet of the manual ball valve are both communicated with a water inlet of the water pump through a water pump water inlet pipe; the proximity switch, thepressure switch, the power supply and the wiring end K of the electromagnetic water valve are electrically connected in sequence to form a loop; when the wiring end K of the electromagnetic water valve is electrified, the water inlet P of the electromagnetic water valve is communicated with the second water outlet B; when the wiring end K of the electromagnetic water valve loses power, the water inlet P of the electromagnetic water valve is communicated with the first water outlet A; the magnet is fixedly connected to a handle of the manual ball valve; and the proximity switch corresponds to the magnet. After the water pump is maintained, even if a driver forgets to open the manual ball valve, the water pump cannot suck water during working.
