The invention discloses a grooving construction method for an ultra-deep vertical shaft underground diaphragm wall. The technical problem that the grooving construction speed of the ultra-deep vertical shaft underground diaphragm wall is low is solved. The method comprises the following steps: (1) measuring and setting out are conducted; (2) a rotary drilling rig is adopted to guide holes to the bottom of the wall, and two holes are guided every time milling is conducted; (3) a soft soil layer and a fully-weathered rock layer are excavated by adopting a hydraulic grooving machine; and (4) theresidual groove body is formed by adopting a double-wheel groove milling machine. According to the grooving construction method, innovation and optimization are conducted on a grooving key technologyof the ultra-deep vertical shaft underground diaphragm wall, underground diaphragm wall grooving machines are combined, compared and selected, an optimal grooving construction method is selected, thevertical shaft grooving construction efficiency is improved, the safety risk is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and high social benefits are achieved.
