The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses an underground diaphragm wall grooving construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, construction preparation; before a trenching machine is used for trenching, the top elevation, perpendicularity, spacing, axis and the like of the guide wall must be rechecked. A hydraulic grooving machine is replaced by a double-wheel slot milling machine for grooving construction, and during construction, milling cutters and milling teeth in different forms can be replaced according to different stratums to perform grooving milling on the different stratums; in the continuous milling process of the milling teeth, the cutting track of the milling teeth is tracked and controlled through a computer display screen of an operating system, generated inclination or deviation is corrected at any time through X-direction and Y-direction deviation correcting plates, the precision is controlled to be 0.3%, and therefore the perpendicularity of the groove section is guaranteed, the grooving precision is high, and the groove shape is regular; and the milling direction of the milling cutter rest can be adjusted, so that the milling cutter rest can be operated in parallel or perpendicular to the main machine, has certain adaptability to the construction operation range, and is more beneficial to milling of a corner groove section.
