The invention discloses a construction method of a relay assembly type vertical shaft intelligent parking garage. The construction method comprises the steps of (1) investigating an effective area between building groups; (2) determining whether the projection of the effective area on the ground forms a circle of which the diameter is greater than 16 m or not; (3) constructing an outer relay assembly type vertical shaft intelligent parking garage; and (4) constructing an inner relay assembly type vertical shaft intelligent parking garage. According to the construction method, the overall support mode before earth excavation is used, so that deformation and collapse of an unloading soil body after earth excavation are avoided, and a vertical shaft is continuously supported by the support structure; parking space supporting layers of every two adjacent underground parking layers are supported in a staggered relay mode, so that the problem of easiness in breakage and inclination due to super-long support columns is solved; a local excavation mode is adopted, so that the safety in operation is high; and the whole garage is constructed by adopting a prefabricated integrated frame structure, prefabricated columns and prefabricated beams are compact in structure and are convenient to transport while the strength is met, large mechanical equipment is not needed from excavation to the construction of garage, and the practicability and the stability are high.
本发明公开了一种接力装配式竖井智能停车库施工方法,包括步骤:一、勘察建筑群之间的有效区域;二、判断有效区域在地面上的投影是否形成直径大于16m的圆形;三、建造外接力装配式竖井智能停车库;四、建造内外接力装配式竖井智能停车库。本发明利用开挖土方之前整体支护的方式,避免开挖后卸荷土体变形坍塌,支护结构持续为竖井提供支护,且相邻两层地下停车层的车位支撑层采用错位接力支撑方式,避免超长支柱带来的易断裂和易倾斜问题,利用局部开挖的方式,操作安全性高,车库全部采用装配式一体框架结构建造,预制柱和预制梁满足强度的同时结构小巧,运输方便,从开挖到车库的建造均无需使用大型机械设备,可实施性强,稳定性强。
