The construction method comprises the following steps of: step 1, constructing the structural vertical shafts by adopting a VSM construction method sinking type vertical shaft heading machine technology; carrying out soil excavation by adopting a non-drainage method, and assembling prefabricated pipe pieces of the structural vertical shafts; after the assembly is completed, carrying out underwater bottom sealing on the structure, and then extracting water in the structural vertical shafts; then carrying out foundation pit enclosure construction of the basement; excavating a foundation pit of the basement, dismounting pipe piece structures, above a bottom plate, of the structural vertical shafts, and realizing connection between the bottom plate and the corresponding structural vertical shafts through cast-in-place; and finally, pouring the structure of the basement and a parking entrance and exit. According to the underground vertical shaft type structural foundation and the construction method, the requirement for the structural bearing capacity can be met, a good sinking control effect can be achieved, and meanwhile, a certain parking requirement can be met.
