The assembled friction metal damper comprises an I-shaped steel plate, two friction plates, two U-shaped steel plates and energy dissipation elements, and the energy dissipation elements comprise a first curved variable cross-section I-shaped energy dissipation element anda second curved variable cross-section I-shaped energy dissipation element. One side of the I-shaped steel plate is connected with the first curved variable cross-section I-shaped energy dissipationelement through bolts, the two U-shaped steel plates are arranged on the two sides of the I-shaped steel plate correspondingly, the two U-shaped steel plates are connected with the I-shaped steel plate into a whole through bolts, the friction plates are clamped between the U-shaped steel plates and the I-shaped steel plate, and the two U-shaped steel plates are further fixedly connected with the second curved variable cross-section I-shaped energy dissipation element through bolts.
