Graphene heating wallboard and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a graphene heating wallboard. The graphene heating wallboard comprises a base material, a graphene film and a surface decoration material, wherein the base material comprises an upper-layer base material and a lower-layer base material, and the graphene film is clamped between the upper-layer base material and the lower-layer base material; and the graphene heating wallboard further comprises two layers of glass fiber gridding cloths respectively adhered to the upper surface and the lower surface of the graphene film, and the upper-layer base material and the lower-layer base material are integrally formed. The upper-layer base material and the lower-layer base material are prepared from slurry through a slurry flowing coating method, the upper-layer base material and the lower-layer base material are integrally formed, the overall performance of the wallboard is improved, meanwhile the graphene film is placed between the upper-layer base material and the lower-layer base material in the forming process of the upper-layer base material and the lower-layer base material, and the graphene film does not need to be fixed between the upper-layer base material andthe lower-layer base material through calendering adhesion, so that the graphene film is prevented from being damaged in the calendering process; and meanwhile, the base material is improved, so thatthe graphene heating wallboard has excellent protective performance and mechanical property.
