The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a composite heating wallboard and a production method thereof. The heating wallboard comprises a back plate, a heating plate, an air bag side plate and an auxiliary side plate, wherein the auxiliary side plate is arranged on the other side face, opposite to the air bag side plate, of the back plate; the fixing hole plate is arranged between the air bag side plate and the auxiliary side plate; the movable pore plate unit is mounted between the airbag side plate and the auxiliary side plate; and the air bag unit is arranged in the air bag side plate and used for pushing the movable pore plate unit to move between the air bag side plate and the auxiliary side plate, and fire extinguishing gas is arranged in the air bag unit. Under the condition of normal use, pores of the fixed pore plate and the movable pore plate of the wallboard are aligned so as to release heat emitted by the heating plate, and when the heating plate is on fire, the air bag is broken and pushes the movable pore plate to translate, so that the pores of the movable pore plate and the pores of the fixed pore plate are staggered, the heating plate is isolated from external oxygen, and the heating effect is improved. And when the air bag is broken, fire extinguishing gas can be released to quickly extinguish a fire.
