The invention discloses a constructional column top chiseling-free device and a construction method. Clamping grooves are formed in the bottom face and the side faces of a base correspondingly; triangular side plates are fixed to the two sides of the base correspondingly; sliding grooves are formed in the junctions of the side plates and the base; clamping hooks are arranged at the ends, deviatingfrom the sliding grooves, of the side plates; the device further comprises a rolling plate; the rolling plate is composed of a plurality of single plates which are rotationally connected with one another; a sliding rod is fixed to one end of the rolling plate; and the two ends of the sliding rod are arranged inside the sliding grooves at the two sides respectively and can slide along the slidinggrooves. The rolling plate has an inclined state and a vertical state. In the inclined state, the rolling plate and the two side plates form a dustpan opening protruding outwards. In the vertical state, the rolling plate is located between the sliding grooves in the two side faces of the base. According to the constructional column top chiseling-free device and the construction method, the deformable dustpan opening is formed, and the rolling plate moves along the sliding grooves through the sliding rod, so that the state of the rolling plate can be changed, the situation that a constructionalcolumn is formed at a time is guaranteed, the construction efficiency is improved, and material waste is reduced.
