Full-rail crane for super high-rise unit curtain wall and mounting and using method thereof
The invention discloses a full-rail crane for a super high-rise unit curtain wall and a mounting and using method thereof. The full-rail crane comprises a horizontal sliding rail fixed to the outer edge of a positioning floor slab in a main body structure and an elevator slidably connected to the horizontal sliding rail, a vertical sliding rail is arranged at the position, between the horizontal sliding rail and the positioning floor slab, of the main body structure, a rack used for vertically transporting unit plates is connected to the vertical sliding rail in a sliding mode, the rack is connected with a winch mounted above the positioning floor slab through a lifting steel wire rope, the rack is driven by the winch to vertically transport the unit plates to a to-be-mounted floor along the vertical sliding rail, the unit plates are connected with the elevator through lifting ropes, and the unit plates are driven by the elevator to be transported to a mounting position along the horizontal sliding rail. According to the full-rail crane, the problem of time conflict between vertical operation of the unit plates and vertical transportation of a general packet is solved, the transportation safety and efficiency are improved, and the full-rail crane is particularly suitable for construction of unit curtain walls of super high-rise buildings (200 meters or above).
本发明公开了一种用于超高层单元体幕墙的全轨式吊车及其安装、使用方法,其中全轨式吊车包括固定在主体结构中定位楼板外沿处的水平滑轨、滑动连接于水平滑轨上的提升机,在水平滑轨与定位楼板间的主体结构上设有垂直滑轨,在垂直滑轨上滑动连接有用于垂直运输单元板的台架,台架通过提拉钢丝绳与安装在定位楼板上方的卷扬机连接,台架由卷扬机驱动沿垂直滑轨将单元板垂直运输至待安装的楼层处,单元板通过吊装绳与提升机连接,单元板由提升机带动沿水平滑轨运输至安装位置处。本发明即解决了单元板垂直运行与总包垂直运输时间冲突的问题,又提高了运输的安全性和效率,特别适用于超高层(200米以上)单元体幕墙的施工。
