The invention discloses an energy-saving environment-friendly aerated concrete pouring machine. The machine structurally comprises a control case, a supporting rack, a receiving hopper, two or more telescopic supporting joints, a pouring arm, a liquid distributor and a hose, wherein the control case is mechanically connected to the supporting rack, the receiving hopper is connected with the pouring arm and is fixed to the supporting rack, the telescopic supporting joints are arranged on the pouring arm, the liquid distributor is arranged at the upper end of the pouring arm, the hose is installed at the position, below the liquid distributor, of the pouring arm, the liquid distributor comprises an inner groove, guide-in pipes and an outer groove, the inner groove is fixed to the outer surface of the pouring arm, and the outer groove is formed in the outer surface of the inner groove. According to the machine, the liquid distributor is arranged on the pouring arm, the guide-in pipes areinstalled between the inner groove and the outer groove which are formed in the liquid distributor, one end of each guide-in pipe is located on the surface of the outer groove, the other end of each guide-in pipe penetrates through the outer groove to be matched with the inner groove on the surface of the pouring arm, the guide-in pipes are arranged at four positions of the surface of the pouringarm, and the coverage rate of lubricating grease on the surface of the pouring arm is increased by adding the lubricating grease into the guide-in pipes.
