A main body of the autoclaved aerated concrete block is in a cuboid shape, and clamping blocks are arranged on the long butt joint faces of the main body; each clamping block is a cuboid protruding along the long side corresponding to the surface where the clamping block is located, and the two clamping blocks of the same building block main body are oppositely arranged; one clamping block is provided with a fixing piece along the extending direction of the clamping block; the fixing piece comprises a U-shaped through clamping groove embedded into the clamping block and a fixing bolt capable of moving along the clamping groove and being connected in a clamped mode. The other clamping block is a through hole which is formed in the position corresponding to the clamping groove and used for allowing a fixing bolt to pass through; the inner side of the fixing bolt is located in the cavity of the clamping groove and can be used for laying a pipeline for leading in the pipeline. And a reinforcing mesh is laid at the central position in the autoclaved aerated concrete block main body along the extending direction of the autoclaved aerated concrete block main body. The method can be directly installed on site, and the installation has the advantages of being fast in construction, short in construction period, good in quality, safe, reliable, energy-saving and environment-friendly.
本发明公开了一种节能环保性便于拼接的蒸压加气混凝土砌块,其主体为长方体形状,主体的长对接面均设置卡块;所述卡块为沿所在面对应的长边凸出的一个长方体,并且同一个砌块主体的两个卡块相对排布;其中的一种卡块沿其延伸的方向设置固定件;固定件包括镶嵌入卡块的凹字形的贯通卡槽及其能够沿卡槽移动并卡接的固定螺栓;另一种卡块为与卡槽对应的位置设置用于通过固定螺栓的通孔;固定螺栓的内侧位于卡槽的空腔中能够铺设用于通入管线的管道;蒸压加气混凝土砌块主体内部中心位置沿其延伸方向铺设钢筋网片。本发明能够直接在现场进行安装,安装具有施工快、工期短、品质良好、安全可靠、节能环保。
