The invention discloses a scattering device of a cement production preheater, and relates to the technical field of cement production. The scattering device comprises an energy recovery assembly, a raw material scattering assembly and a raw material conveying assembly, wherein the energy recovery assembly is arranged in an air pipe of the preheater and used for recovering heat energy and wind energy of ascending hot air flow in the air pipe; the raw material scattering assembly is arranged above the energy recovery assembly and used for scattering raw material powder into the air pipe of the preheater; and the raw material conveying assembly is arranged beside the raw material scattering assembly and used for conveying the raw material powder into the raw material scattering assembly . When the scattering device is practically applied, heat energy and wind energy of ascending hot air flow in the air pipe are recovered as much as possible, the recovered heat energy is used for preheating the raw material powder in advance, and the recovered wind energy is used for acting and is converted into mechanical energy to provide power for conveying the raw material powder. Under the condition that other energy sources are not used, the scattering effect of the raw material powder is effectively improved, and meanwhile the preheating effect is improved.
本发明公开了一种水泥生产预热器的撒料装置,涉及水泥生产的技术领域,包括能量回收组件、生料撒料组件及生料输送组件,其中,能量回收组件设于预热器的风管内并用于回收风管中的上升热气流所具有的热能及风能,生料撒料组件设于能量回收组件的上方并用于抛撒生料粉至预热器的风管中,生料输送组件设于生料撒料组件的旁侧并用于输送生料粉至生料撒料组件中。本发明中撒料装置在实际应用时,尽量的回收了风管中流通的上升热气流所具有的热能及风能,回收的热能用来提前预热生料粉,回收的风能则用于用于做功并转化为机械能,为输送生料粉提供动力。本发明在不借助其他能源的情况下,有效提升了生料粉的抛撒效果,同时也改善了预热效果。
