A water tank wall flushing system comprises a flushing pipe system arranged on the upper portion of a water tank wall, a flushing water spraying head located on the flushing pipe system and aligned with the water discharging direction of the water tank wall, and a control valve for controlling flushing water. An outlet of the flushing pipe system is a flushing water spraying head, and a water inlet pipe of the flushing pipe system is provided with a water inlet control valve. The invention further provides a water tank with the water tank wall flushing system. The invention provides the watertank wall flushing system which is water-saving, efficient in flushing and convenient to operate and a water tank thereof.
