A water tank wall flushing system comprises a flushing pipe system arranged on the upper portion of a water tank wall, a water inlet pipe of the flushing pipe system is provided with a water inlet control valve, an outlet of the flushing pipe system is a flushing water spraying opening with water flow downwards along the water tank wall, and the water tank wall flushing system further comprises a pressure equalizing pipe which is sleeved with the flushing pipe system in the length direction of the flushing pipe system. The input end of the pressure equalizing pipe is communicated with the water inlet pipe, pressure equalizing small holes are distributed in the pressure equalizing pipe in the water flow direction of a water inlet of the pressure equalizing pipe at intervals, and the pressure equalizing small holes in the water flow direction of the water inlet of the pressure equalizing pipe have the following characteristics that the hole diameters of the pressure equalizing small holes are gradually increased along with increasing of the distance between the pressure equalizing small holes and the water inlet; and/or the distance between the pressure-equalizing small hole and the adjacent previous pressure-equalizing small hole is gradually reduced along with the increase of the distance between the pressure-equalizing small hole and the water inlet. The invention further provides a sink with the sink wall flushing system. The water outlet device is uniform in water outlet and good in cleaning effect.
