The invention discloses an anti-collision buffer vehicle applied to road construction operation, which comprises a vehicle body and an anti-collision device arranged at the rear end of the vehicle body, and the anti-collision device comprises an anti-collision bracket arranged on the vehicle body, a buffering mechanism which is hinged to the vehicle body, and a power mechanism which drives the buffering mechanism to turn over to be attached to or separated from the anti-collision support, and the buffering mechanism comprises a plurality of buffering layers made of energy absorption materials.During road construction, the anti-collision buffer vehicle is parked behind a construction position, the buffering mechanism overturns, is separated from the anti-collision support and is placed ona road surface, and when an accident occurs, the buffering mechanism absorbs kinetic energy through the multiple buffer layers and reduces impact force, so that the accident vehicle is stopped quicklyor the speed of the accident vehicle is reduced effectively, and the safety of construction personnel is protected. Meanwhile, the power mechanism is arranged, so that automation of overturning of the buffer mechanism is achieved, and operation efficiency is improved.
