During preparation, the fly ash, the inorganic filler, the flame-retardant polyurethane foaming particles, the polyphenyl particles, the foaming agent and the ferrite powder are subjectedto dry mixing, then cement and water are added for slurrying, and an early-strength water reducing agent is added for use after reinforced fibers, SiO2 sol and expandable graphite are added and uniformly dispersed.
