The invention discloses a filling material for an energy-saving plate and a preparation method of the filling material. Fly ash and cement are used as basic materials, an inorganic filler, flame-retardant polyurethane foaming particles, polyphenyl particles and reinforced fibers are doped for preparation, ferrite powder, SiO2 sol and expandable graphite are used for improving the performance of the material. During preparation, the fly ash, the inorganic filler, the flame-retardant polyurethane foaming particles, the polyphenyl particles, the foaming agent and the ferrite powder are subjectedto dry mixing, then cement and water are added for slurrying, and an early-strength water reducing agent is added for use after reinforced fibers, SiO2 sol and expandable graphite are added and uniformly dispersed. The heat preservation effect and the heat preservation quality of the energy-saving plate can be effectively improved, and the energy-saving plate has good strength, stability and soundinsulation effect.
